  This store location and company have no concept of customer service. I have been trying to get my bed since August which it's now December, so for over 4 months and still no bed. They claim their new computer system was the cause but when you call the store or customer service no one had a clue. I was first told that I didn't order a bed, then I was told about the computer problems, then I was told they sold more C2 beds than anticipated and they cannot meet demand. I paid $5,500.00 and that is the best they can do. I contacted sleep number for a refund and they are "looking into it." I'm just going to call Citibank and do it myself. Save yourself the frustration and purchase a different type of bed. If you have to have a Sleep number use a different store location the Chino Hills, you will be glad you did. Avoid Laura at costs she is incompetent. Good luck!
