  The service was amazing at customer service from the minute we got there till we left. The young gentleman who's name I regretfully forget my daughter says it's possibly Adrian and the service manager named Irene were very helpful and we left completely satisfied with our purchase.

  It's good if you know what you need. Everything looks pretty organized. If you pull up the picture of what you need on the website, there's a map button on the side to let you know where and what aisle the item is located at. You're pretty much on your own once you're in there. The employees are not really helpful nor friendly. They see you but don't greet you. Out of the few times I've been to this Lowe's, I was only asked once if I needed assistance with anything. Maybe I'm not the right type of customer. Oh well.

  The place is clean and tidy. It's never crowded and there's always a place to park (in my experience). My only issue is that, tonight, I literally walked the entire store and not a single person offered to help. There wasn't anyone in the garden center when I needed them and I didn't see anyone oon the floor.
