  I have never liked Lowe's. I'm a Home Depot guy through and through. But sometimes I need to visit a Lowe's, and I always reset my expectations and try and give them a chance but am consistently disappointed. For a place which has positioned itself in juxstiposition to the "big box" stores, I have always had abismal customer service. Edit: My last visit to begrudgingly spend a gift card and yet again an abismal experience. Two items i sought were out of stock and when i finally decided to checkout i had a curt and unhappy cashier. I hope to never return to a Lowe's for as long as i live.
